Infinite Storm is a 2022 American drama adventure film directed by Malgorzata Suzumovska, co-directed by Michelle Engellart, and featuring a screenplay by Josh Rollins, written by Tie Gagan based on High Places: Footprints in the Snow Lead to an Emotion. The film stars Naomi Watts, Billy Howell, Dennis O'Hare, Parker Sawyer and Elliott Sumner.
Infinite Storm was released in the United States on March 25, 2022 by Blicker Street. Received mixed reviews from film critics.
PLOT
The movie begins with an experienced mountaineer Pam Bells (Naomi Watts) deciding to camp on The White Mountain. As he packed his things, he heard the weather on the radio, saying that the weather was getting worse and colder, and that day was going to be a storm. Then, he moved in with his friend Dave (Dennis O'Hair). She informs him about his camping and prepares some hot coffee for him with him while he climbs and tells him to be very careful for the weather. Eventually, he headed for the mountains and met only two people, including a girl and a man. He simply asked about their camping in the mountains and there was not a car. They have just left together and he has started to climb part of the hill. Eventually, the weather on the mountain becomes stormy, there are many storms. It will be very difficult for him to climb the rest of the mountain, he gets into more dangerous collisions there and gets into trouble! As soon as he had just ascended to the top, he began to walk a bit and suddenly fell into a well inside and he saw almost nothing but snow there. He failed several times to get out of there using his two tools but eventually he was able to get out of there and keep going the rest of the way. He hears a voice there, it sounds like someone is screaming and in trouble. He started following the screams, and started walking through that person's tracks. ' And from a distance, she saw him sitting on his knees with his eyes closed, and seldom had his body become so cold that he could not even move. She supports him, changes his socks and puts a hat on his head, giving him a warm cloth. He then woke her up and reminded her that he would save her life. And both faced storm problems in the mountains, just couldn't get out. And when he went to start his car and was calling her, he ran and got into his own car and drove fast. After that, he returns to his home, remembering how bad he had been in the mountains, and then rested. He woke up at 7am and the whole place inside his house seemed to be gaslit. She goes to her children's home and sees that they are both already dead. They were 6 and 5 years old, two daughters. She felt deeply sorry and cried for her children. The next day he sees a car approaching his house and a man coming to see him. The man asks her how she met John, the man she saved; And he just answers why it's important to tell him. The man gave her the address of the man and she confronted him. John didn't really recognize her even though he saved her life! Because he could not see, he was blind. She felt his support, the clothes, the socks that he gave her. And John's eyes filled with tears when he told her the story of falling in love with a girl and they climbed the mountain together and he died somewhere there and that's because he sat on his knees and hoped to see her again or come to her. This made Pam very sad and she reciprocated by telling him about her dead children and how it happened. Then Pam was seen sitting on the top of the hill and looking around thoughtfully.

In February 2021, it was announced that Naomi Watts, Sophie Okonado, Billy Howell, Dennis O'Hare and Parker Sawers had joined the cast of the film, which will be directed by Malgorzata Suzumovska and Michelle Englert Josh Rollins. Watts will also serve as the film's producer, distributing Blacker Street in the United States, and distributing Sony Pictures Worldwide acquisitions internationally.
Major photography began on February 1, 2021 and ended on May 1, 2021. Kamnik, Slovenia, (22 km / 14 miles north of the Slovenian capital Ljubljana) is the site of the initial filming of 'Infinite Storm'. Most of the movie was shot Located in and around the city. A nature trail above Kamnik was filmed at Velika Planina. The cast and crew also shot some footage of the Kamniska Bistrica Valley, which is located near the source of the Kamnica Bistrica River. Some scenes were shot at the International Picnic Center (aka Pre Jurju) in the same area.
